Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing celestryll.com or using any Celestryll app, game, or platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

2. Use of Our Products

You may use Celestryll products for their intended purpose. You agree not to misuse them, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in violation of applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property

The Celestryll name, logo, website, apps, games, and enterprise platform source are owned by Celestryll and protected by intellectual-property law. Enterprise source licenses (Licentia Core OEM, StableFlow OEM) are governed by their separate written license agreements, which control in the event of any conflict with these terms.

4. Enterprise Licensing

Access to enterprise platforms is provided under an OEM license. Rights to host, brand, integrate, and redistribute are defined in that license agreement. Demo-mode access is provided for evaluation only and may not be used in production.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Some of our apps offer paid tiers. Somnaural offers Premium as an auto-renewing monthly subscription, an auto-renewing yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown on the Somnaural page and in the app itself; the price you see in the app's store listing at the moment of purchase is the price that applies.

Auto-renewal. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Cancelling does not end the period you have already paid for — your Premium features stay available until it expires, and you are not billed again after that.

How to cancel. Your subscription is billed by the app store you bought it from, not by us, so cancellation happens there:

• Google Play: open Play's subscriptions page, or use Manage subscription on the app's Settings screen, which opens the same place.
• Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on the device.

We cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf, and deleting the app does not cancel one.

Refunds. For in-app purchases, the app store is the merchant of record, and refunds are governed by that store's policy — Google Play's refund policy or Apple's, as applicable. Request a refund through the store first, since that is the only route that can actually issue one. If a store declines and you believe there are grounds we should know about, write to appdev@celestryll.com and we will look at it, though we cannot override a store's decision. Statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights, including those under EU and UK consumer law, are unaffected by anything in this section.

Price changes. If we change a subscription price, the store notifies you in advance and, where the store requires it, asks you to accept the new price before it takes effect. You can cancel instead.

The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no renewal. It is tied to the store account that bought it, and it covers Somnaural's Premium features as they exist and as they are added, for as long as the app is available on that store.

6. Disclaimers

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestryll is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version number and effective date on this page.
